We have committee members that consists of representatives from our 4 market towns members that represent rural areas. We also have champions for the different types of projects we do.
TARCA is a tenants and residents group sponsored by Meres and Mosses Housing Association(MMHA)
TARCA was formed after North Shropshire District Council transferred their housing stock to MMHA.
We have representatives from all areas of North Shropshire.
TARCA have regular meetings to discuss the service MMHA provides, and how we can improve it.
We are involved in reviews of strategies and policies, so we are involved right from the start of the process.
TARCA recommends funding for environmental and community projects to the MMHA Board, that our tenants are involved in or would benefit from.
We also collect the views of other tenants by holding roadshows, and having stalls at events, and these views will help shape the future of MMHA.
