Smartwater

 TARCA are investigating the use of Smart Water as a crime Deterrent. This product is wonderful. Each bottle is individual and can be traced back to the user like a DNA system, therefore if something in your home is marked with Smart Water which when dry is invisible. However, if a special torch is shone onto the article it will be identified by a very clever code and tell the Police, Shopkeeper or even Scrap Dealer that the item has been marked with Smart Water and is probably stolen, The Police can then find out by the code exactly where it came from. The types of things that can be marked in this way include Jewellery, Computers, Car Stereo's, Cycles, Garden tools, Ornaments in fact almost anything you can think of.
